My aunt Bessie Ferrari loved to use neck bones! Along with all the same ones you used, Chef! My dad took all the secrets of the Italian half of the family, and combined them into the best spaghetti sauce ever tasted.

My Italian mother-in-law taught me to make this Sunday Gravy only for some reason she didn’t put onions in there. Maybe she didn’t like onions?? It still tasted good though.

I started a new tradition with this stuffing recipe a couple years back. My family love it. So good. Don't skimp off the fresh herbs. Taste better.

Where is a written recipe so I can see how much of each ingredient to use. I’m only one person but love some leftovers so I need to know how much garlic. How many cans of tomatoes. How much oil. Extra virgin oil or just virgin oil. You use a non stick pan. Can I use my Cuisinart stainless steel. I want to make this so please help.

@@PatMarone Hey Pat, I love the Cannoli recipe you made. That recipe reminds of my childhood local Italian joint (sold pastries, bread, wine, cannoli's, sub sandwiches etc) named Bomaritos in St. Claire Shores, MI. Your recipe taste similar to there's and I've been trying to find a similar recipe. I've begged an literally swore an oath that I would never give out there secret recipe. Not going to happen, they keep that in a safe. Bomarito's is well known for there cannoli's. Now I don't have to order double and take them on the plane home anymore after visiting family in Detroit, I can make them at home thanks to your recipe. Are you still in the restaurant business? Noticed you haven't made any videos for a while. Love Italian food. Hope you're doing well.
