This is a very good video. The only thing that is missing is how many sanding pads you used during each process. Just use one sanding pad in each step out of the number of pads provided.

So I hooked my son's hyper 350 the way you did. Both 6.0 Milwaukee batteries were fully charged. After my son's first ride he checked the batteries and they were flashing only one cell. Have you experienced this before. The batteries are brand new.

You dorks are talking about the guy being a nube for not breaking the comprrssor in, older units ran for decades without any break-ins. These things are built to the bare minimun, and you fail to realize that sh*t these days arent meant to be used and abused like the older units. Get your heads out if your asses and stop blaming the user and put the blame where it belongs. This goes across the board on all things manufactured.

If you check them regularly and can check the gaps hot, lower the gap more to quiet them down why put up with them noisy. There only has to be gap so you don’t burn a valve instead of .15 set them at .11 etc

Saw a snap on box at the pawn shop today, I was comparing it mentally to my 6 drawer full bank cart until I looked at the price and realized a used one is 3x more expensive for the same quality. US general boxes give mechanics an achievable start and prevents many from ruining their retirement.

Upgrade your the Dowel/nut solution on the drawer latches with a wee dab of hot melt glue, or even Fun Tak, aka poster adhesive. That will keep it in there, yet it can still be easily removed.

how much friction does the motor make if any can it be used with no power like a normal bike?
@workingcountry17766 ай бұрын
I reviewed the Harbor freight kit on my channel the week they came out. The red latches that attached the different boxes together would get drywall dust or regular saw dust in them and not work. Even a lil grit and forget about it. I upgraded to Craftsman Trade Stack and am happy. I had downgraded the baur to storage at home after 5 months or so

For a 36v motor, I'd just go for a Ryobi 40v 12aH battery, or the smaller 8aH / 6aH sizes and avoid a 2s battery setup. For connectors, I went from XT60 to the Anderson powerpoles. The newer Bafang motors use 45 amp Anderson connectors instead of XT60s. . Much improved contacts, although an Anderson crimping tool is best for completing the wires.

Just so we're all on the same page, you: 1) Noticed the product damage upon unboxing. 2) Noticed the electrical smell when first turning on. 3) Didn't follow the included directions regarding a 15-minute break-in period with the drain valve fully open (page 8 of instruction manual). 4) Used it for drilling, which it isn't really designed for. ...and you didn't think that maybe this is a combination of a bad unit and user error? You also ignored the warnings about keeping this away from children, as it isn't a toy.

You didn't do the 'break-in' procedure, because of that your motor seized. You were supposed to open the ball valve toward the bottom of the tank BEFORE powering on, run for 15 minutes, off. Then begin normal operation. You knew that! Great content.

@fitodaking168 ай бұрын
I guess you didn't take time to read the instructions. You were supposed to let it run for 15min with the valve open (No load).

Hey I know this is an older video, but having a problem with excess oil getting into my middle gear drive. When I remove the fill cap to the middle gear box, oil just starts poring out. When I change the oil, I put the right amount in the middle gear drive the manual calls for, and it is fine. I run the atv for a minute then shut it off and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then When I open the fill cap, oil starts gushing out. l I am assuming there is a seal or O-ring that is worn between the crankcase and the middle gear drive that is letting more oil overfill it. Any ideas where this seal is or how to get to it? Thanks
@wrdturkey3 ай бұрын
Mine does the same thing. I'm sure the oil that's in the middle drive gear housing mixes with the crankcase oil. The fill plug that you refer to, is a plug used to initially fill the middle drive after an oil change. It should take about a half a court. After you put the initial oil in the drive you shouldn't have to worry about it again. The oil is mixed with the crankcase oil and is checked at your engine dipstick. I hope I'm right. I hope that helps.

I got mine for the same price you did, 2 of them. You need more than 1 battery, and I also bought a 2-battery quick charger on sale. I've been very happy with mine. We had a big storm here in Sacramento last winter, and I'm still cutting up the remnants of a tree that fell from my neighbor's yard into my yard.
