I don't like the way the outer race fit the mandrel. It should be an interference fit.

Hi. What does it mean if you've replaced the valve cover, gasket, bolts and it still leaks oil? 🤔

This video is great and makes the change easy. But I dislodged the spring and bracket when I was putting it back on, I cannot figure out how to undo it. Any tips?

What i find interesting is that on for say my motorcycle has similar sealed bearings and after 91000 plus miles no problem. Why would you have to modify and grease your mower spindle. Are they not designed to be maintenance free?

Remember the charging system is not built to charge up a bad battery, it will overheat the system and the parts will fail

Just finished my deck rebuild and thanks to your video, it went very well. You can use 1 1/2 by 4 inch nipple with a cap as a perfect fit your bearings. Thanks again for sharing.

Do you think a loading basket that could hold multiple cans could be custom built? I'm trying to find a solution for the place i work and this looks great but it would need to be able to hold a bunch of cans

Hi there. Thanks to your video I was able to replace my belt. Only problem is, that wasn’t the issue. It seems that the belt is too loose. I noticed some damage on the old belt and thought that might be the issue but it looks like it’s not that. I didn’t see an obvious way to tighten the tension, any idea what I could do or check to fix it? Thanks
@edmondor540810 күн бұрын
Just one tip: if you reach under there and the belt won’t move then it’s either pinched in the pulley, off the pulley, has a stick stuck, etc. You should be able to turn the belt easily using your hands.

Outstanding video. Have a S100 lawn tractor that I perform maintenance on regularly to include the mower deck which is the most labor intensive. No surprise right. Have an old spindle laying around I’m going to experiment with to do this modification. Thanks for the roadmap.

Thanks for the video. Liked how easy it was for you to get off the hub assembly! In the end I resorted to using my harmonic balancer. The hub was on there so tight it bent the frame but it was a cheapo chinese one and I will try and bend back straight. Will definitely be adding some anti seize on the hub when I put it together!
