Lovely and exquisite !!! the music in the video is annoying and horrid - I would have put it more appropriate music for the date of the home - maybe even some swing music or even some old Hollywood theme song - someone buying this would appreciate the history of it.

Certainly not a design for everyone, but I love it. Particularly love the modular design choices. Now being Malibu I do worry about all that beautiful foliage being a fire risk!

is beautiful huge mansion, BUT needs major complete remodel as cost another $100M, to bring it up today standard & Glory ...looks soo late 70s & 80s in everything & looks like no one touched it since then ...so cost alots of money, thats why sits in the market for so many years ....for example if i had this much money i will Buys the La Fin mansion in Bel Air instead of this old hack in heart beat & dont needs to pay 100 Of millions to upgraded eighter!

SO much wrong here,,, as she hits 60 65 and 70 (im 65),,, you start to think ?what happns to all my stuff. Her daughter is Not feminine or fancy like her. J.Lo's jewelry collection is HUGE, she may rent 'some' of those pieces. But she has a Fortune in amazing diamonds, emeralds,, etc. (and i don't mean engagement rings),, I mean she's got to have an AMAZING jewelry collection. and WHO is she going to leave it to?? Will her daughter actually Wear it,,, i just don't think so. You think about this stuff as you get older,,Im fit and healthy, but at 65 my hand joints swell in the winter,,, so most of my rings i an't and don't wear anymore,,, I mean id need 2 sizes of rings for good days and bad days,,,,, It really is Crazy,,,, I saw these HUGE!!! DIAMOND DROP Earrings on her in a photo,,,, THey Could have been rented,,, but those ALONE would be MEGA MILLIONS>

so the $60 mil. house they're also selling, Now i get it,,, she wanted a house where she could host HUGE Parties,,, invite a bunch of people,, Get on Tables and sing,, (she really did have this big Boring Christmas Party at that 60 mil. house. That house was like a 'stage',,, and that's not at ALL what Ben wanted. she wants to be seen as perfect all the time with a big life,,, (it's not working)
