How s possible that it lightened so much from the first bleach and just 20 volume?? And second, you put the toner over all the hair, not on sections like the bleach? Sorry, I m new into this, never ever bleached either, but I make research to do it one day🙂

why would you damage your hair by backcombing it? This is not a necessary step lol. It makes no difference and only causes damage.
