Ran my g1 max 5 on 12s conservative gearing on k8s. Worked for 6 minutes, esc gave out. What gives? 🤬☠️😡😤

@flopackrc5452 weirdest stuff ever. Went to retry and power up and it did. Crazy. But I kid you not it literally died mid run completely shut down. No death cloud of smoke though. I am going to go thru check soldering and all wires. Thanks for quick response. Your on point! ! !

2950 2 pole motor, do you have any suggestions on how we should gear it and how to set it up on the esc settings, it keeps doing 1.99 no prep and whatever we do we get 330 amps max and 12 hp. Seems that needs more rpm that what we currently get. The motor is 100k rpm and we only get 72...let me know what you think thanks!

If your getting 100k rpm go up a tooth on pinion ... spur gear around 42 ?

@@flopackrc5452 good morning, I've played with all the combinations. and with 42/24. I don't know if it's because the differentials are 2.8. I'm thinking of playing with the 3.3 differentials and raising the pinion more often

Nice pass brother. I got my detta up to 134mph on a single smc 4’s. They absolutely fun to run. They seem a little squirrelly until around that 80mph and after that it sticks to the road.
