Amb. Kanwal is a pleasure to listen to. (Such a contrast with bro' Kapil)😅. One suggestion: Cut out the first 40 sec. of 'ah-oo-uh'.

I am US citizen of Indian origin. Ambassador Sibal has broad and remarkably realistic grasp of India's current and future geopolitical role, given India's current and factual standing in global economic, technological, military and diplomatic spheres. India is steadily evolving, but it is still far from being considered a pillar in a multipolar world. Being third biggest economy in nominal GDP is meaningless. India is on the right trajectory if it manages to keep political stability, build world class education system (so that Indian students stay back home), and keep growing a productive economy at 8% rate. However, today, the standard of living of ordinary Indian in terms of income, jobs, housing, education, healthcare, infrastructure, etc. is well behind even Southeast Asia, much less China or the west.

Russia has asked Pakistan to join INSTC . It refused to share hypersonic missile technology with India . Yet India continues to appease it .

I’d say it’s really obvious over the last 2 years how much India absolutely hates USA ! I have no idea why so many Asian Indians migrate to the USA? Why don’t they all move to Russia with your very close ties & friendship!!

Bravo to India for not going along with the Russophobic hatred pushed by the war criminals in the West that provoked the horrible war against Russia using Ukraine as a pawn.

Thanks for a high quality discussion with Amb Sibal. It was very informative and instructive. I am glad he was not interrupted and was able to convey his thoughts. He is always very insightful, & it essential for Indians to learn from his decades of experence and wisdom. I wish you had also asked about the strategic position of Europe today & the implications of growing Russia-India ties for our relationship with Europe. Hope you will bring him again soon, as there is virtually no aspect of Indian foreign policy where he is not worth listening to. Thanks a lot!!

The peace and prosperity for India and Bangladesh are destined together. These two brotherly countries need to stand by each other at all time. The connectivity (rail, road, water and air), trade, education, research, and unrestricted movement of people between two countries should be the key focuses on India and Bangladesh relation. Border killing must be stopped. Any illegal trespassers must be dealt with the laws of both countries. The webinar discussion is very informative and useful. Long live India and Bangladesh.

I'm tired of hearing this old shit about economy, "education" manufacturing, democracy an transportation. Fuck OFF!!! You need a spiritual and intellectual revolution, not ramping up more and more production.
