This looks very good! Mine is more traditional, no pork, bacon, bbq, pepperjack or cheddar. I would use 2 types of beef (sirloin and chuck), green pepper, parmesan; and, use ketchup, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar mixed together for the topping. I may try yours for some variety. ❤❤ Thanks!

How do you make your meatloaf?

My meatloaf is usually chuck and pork. Seasoned with chopped onions and bellpeppers, Italian bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. 1 egg and little milk and tomato sauce......when placed in baking dish, will make topping with ketchup, yellow mustard, bbq sauce and pinch of brown sugar........

Wisconsin has so many cheese products in their stores. They have an isle of frozen pizzas filled on both sides of the isle at piggly wiggly last time I was in Wisconsin.
