The best part about buying golf balls in bulk, besides the lower price, is that it makes you use the same golf ball.

The SL model used to be kind of a smaller profile and that’s what made them so popular, I was at PGA superstore so I chewed them out, they are huge! The SL model is usually a big seller for them and I don’t see this one moving a whole lot of units.

I just got my set of Qi irons and noticed the hosel/neck of the 5-8 irons is different and jagged/edged. The 9 and wedges have a smooth hosel/neck. Take the 8 and 9 iron out and swing them in the air. You'll hear a very audible difference between the 2. It's almost like there's a lot more drag in the air with the 5-8 irons, than the 9 and wedges. Anyone else notice this? I noticed it immediately like something was wrong or loose...

I have used seed for about 6 years switching between those three and and 05 in the winter. Great balls good price and inalso have the seed travelling bag and carry bag. Great products.

So why do they have to be so expensive. A golf ball shouldn’t cost more than $0.50-$1.00. And that will still leave huge profits.

I already own the best putter and so do most golfers mine is call PRACTICE and as long as I follow the instructions it out performs any odd shaped oddity that promises to send the ball into the cup every time, after parting with hundreds of pounds.

Personally I think they need to be cheaper and offer more variety of colours. 02 should have more spin

I've got the last gen of these and I love them. I've hit all sorts of clubs, and I just really prefer the turf interaction of these big soled clubs, they're very comfortable to hit.

How far is that bend? Those trees on the left look flyable, so probably driver unless there is water over there.

Excellent review covering all the bases. I currently have the triple diamond but probably should be hitting the X. I still have no complaints with the club. Ball does seem to fly a bit lower than the X.

Seems like your dynamic loft was playing a big part in the spin, height, and distance discrepancies between the two versions. 2 degrees is pretty extreme.

Since you admit that you rarely hit fairway woods off the ground, your ideal setup may be the 340cc mini driver plus a Callaway Apex UW with about 19* of loft. The UW performs like a “super hybrid” with some fairway wood DNA mixed in, at least in my hands. In addition to being able to hit the UW off the fairway, the UW is easy to hit from all but the thicker and deeper rough.

Played Cleveland irons for over 20 years. Always had problems gapping. Finally said why not use Cleveland wedges? Used CG16 wedges, RTX 3 VMG, have finally settled on CXBX ZipCore 46, 50, 54, and RTX6 58. Prefer traditional wedge out of sand. 46 replaced Launcher XL PW. Better feel.Origanl CBX's were spinny, would balloon up. ZipCore's sorta solved that. Most reviews talk about full to pitch shots. Excellent for chips to fly greens or very elevated fast green.

Ping g430 max blew my mizuno st-x 230 out of the water. Went from a average drive of 200 with the mizuno to an average drive of 237 with the ping.
