I tried this recipe yesterday and it turned out perfectly. So tasty and delicious. But I couldn't get the bread crumbs to stick to the dough. So I think next time I might spray the bread with butter spray or egg wash and then put the crumbs on before baking. Such delicious bread. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Thanks so much for trying my recipe and so happy that you find my video helpful. I love this recipe and my family and friends love pandesal so I keep on baking for them. The best way to keep the breadcrumbs on the rolls, make sure you stop the dough cycle about 20 minutes before it ends. This will make the dough softer and sticky (harder to handle but put more butter or margarine on your hands, table or mat for easier handling). Hopefully this helps 😊 Have a great day and happy baking 😍

12 pieces day old bread 6 eggs 1 cup white sugar 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup raisin (soak in 2-3 tablespoons of rum) 1 teaspoon cinnamon (add more or less) 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup melted butter cooking spray 1 teaspoon lemon zest For topping whipped cream or ice cream (optional) blueberries or banana or strawberries (optional) bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes #homebaked #breadpuddingrecipe

Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup monk fruit white granulated sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2/3 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients according to above order starting with dry ingredients first. 3. Use liner on muffin pans and scoop batter evenly to make 12 muffins. 4. Bake 20 minutes or until done. I used sugar free for this recipe but you could use regular sugar and chocolate chips too. #sugarfree #glutenfree #easyrecipe #chocolatechipmuffins #almondflour #homebaked
