How will this do without the apple. The best i can do is apple cider vinegar. I've got everything else. I also have a white vinegar. Any idea how much?

The cookies look nice but your video is very badly done. Also you have no mesurements anywhere not even on your website. Helps nobody.

The video is meant to be a snapshot of the recipe. Nobody can grasp that much information in a minute and a half and I'm sure you don't want to have to write it all down while pausing the video a bunch of time. There's a link to the full printable recipe in the description. There is also a "JUMP TO RECIPE" button at the top of the post. I'm not sure why you're having so much trouble.

Made this last night - very easy and delicious. Used lemon juice/zest instead of apple (didn’t have one) to brighten things up. Used an egg yolk instead of cornstarch as a binder (cornstarch was expired).

I followed the recipe and the dough is too tough to pipe i added a little bit of milk to make it more pipable now mind youit wasnt alot it still hurt my hands to pipe and result was it spread through baking sheet and you could barely tell the initial design im not happy with this recipe.

I'm afraid frozen will be too watery. I prefer fresh in this recipe. If you use frozen, be sure they are thawed and drained.
