So this is a very annoying question. Does it vibrate? I bought a cheap one and the vibration sits on my nerves. I wish it would only spin, but I can see a small vibration in this one too?

Hi! Sorry to hear that :-/ It might be that the whole folder containing the world have somehow been deleted. In that case you could try and use for example Recuva ( www.ccleaner.com/recuva ) to search for it and/or any of the files to see if they are recoverable. Other than that I´m not really sure what to do I´m afraid :-( // Chris

Does this PC need to be constantly charged to be used like a laptop? I know that this PC can be used uncharged for about 4 hours, but that is not my question, my question is whether this PC can be used continuously without to be charged, and just be on powercord/cable

Hi! That is actually a great questions. Don´t have the computer with me anymore so can´t do any tests I´m afraid. As far as I can read though it does not seem possible to bypass the battery and only run the computer through a normal wall outlet without also charging the battery at the same time. Which is actually kind of a bummer for saving battery longevity. // Chris

Still snapping even with magnet turned on/off - any ideas? Could I just be zoomed in too much? I can see that second camera audio isn't aligned and would love to be able to be more precise than it's letting me.

Hi! You are probably zoomed in too much. Which really shouldn´t matter and the clip should be able to be moved completely fluently without any kind of snapping. I have however not find any way to get rid of this "mini snapping" when zoomed in so I´m assuming it´s just how the program works. However it´s still both odd and dumb. Haven´t tried the beats more than briefly so can´t say too much. But would probably argue they are a little better. However if you are looking in that price range I would really recommend looking at Sonys 1000XM4 or XM5 instead :-) At least that´s my two cents there :-) // Chris

Hi, sorry to hear that. If you have no option to create a USB-stick and there is no recovery option built in to the computer the best bet is probably to order a preinstalled Windows 10 USB-stick. They cost around $20. At least that´s what I can think of at the moment. // Chris

Hi! They are very similar, so without testing the fit I can´t really recommend one over the other. The ANC is probably better with the Sony ones. Sound wise though both are a bit base heavy. So if you´re looking for a clear soundstage I would argue to try and find a pair of Sony WH-1000XM4 on sale. Otherwise and if you really need to pick between the 770nc and the ult wear, pick the one that has got the most comfortable fit to you :-) // Chris

Hi! I don´t think this is possible in the mobile version, however in the desktop/computer version of Spotify just press and hold Shift and select all the tracks you want to move. Then click and drag them to where you want them :-) // Chris

@@rod9804 Hm, I have had this happen a few times on my Xbox (One). There it happened two, three times in a matter of days. So there might just be a coincidence that it happened again. However if it keeps happening there might be something off with the video settings, or that´s at least where I´d start checking to see if anything seems out of place. // Chris

@@rod9804 Odd! If you haven´t already. Try unpluggin everything from power for about 5 min and then retry the procedure. Also, if it for whatever reason does not work, and you´ve got the option to, testing the console on another screen or monitor is always a good thing to do. // Chris

Hi, sorry to hear it´s not working. I´m guessing you´ve tried other monitors as well, just to rule out something being wrong there. Other than that and if nothing else seem to do it, a last thing to try is to perform a factory reset of the console using a USB-stick (instructions here: support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults ). Please bear in mind though that this will delete everything currently stored on the console that is not backed up to the cloud. But as a last resort to try perhaps. // Chris

Hi! If you reinstalled Windows then the best bet to get any deleted files back is to use some kind of recovery software to try and "dig" for them. I have personally at least have had some luck with the free version of Recuva ( www.ccleaner.com/recuva ) so I would recommend to start there :-) // Chris

If I plug my PS4 into the socket and turn it on, it shows the image and works perfectly. But if it goes to rest mode and I then press the "PS" button, the PS4 changes the blue LED to white, as if it were on, but no image appears. The same thing happens if it has to be restarted, if when it is working and I put it to restart, it restarts without an image. And it also happens if I turn it off and then try to turn it on, the PS4 turns off, then turns on, the white LED appears but there is no image. Every time I turn off the PS4 I have to unplug it, wait about 10 minutes and then plug it back in for it to turn on normally. Do you have any idea what this could be?

Hi! Well, it definitely sounds like something is being off with the sleep settings. So I´d start there, and also try and reset them (if there is such an option, unsure atm.). Have you tried it with another screen or monitor? I suppose there can be some oddities going on in the connection between the console and your current monitor making the screen not recognising that the console is on. // Chris
