Vielen Dank. Genau die kann man selbst drucken das wär auch irgendwann die idee :) es wird wahrscheinlich ein Release der Version geben für einen kleinen fixen Betrag von ein Paar Euro. Leider kann ich noch nicht sagen wann das ist ich bin gerade noch viel am Testen. Die Futterstationen werden gerade bei ein Paar Freunden für Tests aufgebaut :)

Hi :) yes I designed the diespenser and the whole system myself in fusion 360 and printed it on my prusa Mk3. I will be offering all the info on the device including stl files, step files and code in a download package in my shop. As soon as it is completely done you can download the design there. May I ask you what you would be paying for such a product. I would be interested in hearing your opinion. There can be many applications to this dispenser. I thought of making a pellet feeder for my cats, too😂 Cheers, Manuel

@@manutechlab two trains of thought here. One option would be selling it as a full package. you print, manufacture and ship everything as a deal. The other you sell the chip, remote and anything a regular individual wouldn't have readily available. And you just sell the files. The last you sell only the files and nothing else. This would be for people who are as skilled and knowledgeable as you but dont have time. The less you have to work the cheaper it should be. Cost should be the formula I've always used. In my opinion. Materials + time = price. Pay your machine like it's an employee. Either per minute or per weight in filament. (I.e. .05cents / gram or .05 cents / minute). Obviously you're trying to make money off your work and not the parts. I feel too many people are overpricing cause they're trying to make money off the materials. But you do as you please. I dont 3D print nor have any knowledge but I have a friend who does all the 3d printing for me. So I'd be interested in the either full package or partial package. I dont know what to charge. Because I dont know material costs. Side note* if you had the option for a taller feed hopper or using mason jars thatd be awesome to fill it up super high and set it to distribute 8oz or whatever exactly

Thank you for all the input, I will keep it in mind when making the next steps. Some sort of hybrid solution could also be considered. And thank you for the input with the bigger feed hopper. This one is from a pickles jar actually and its a bit unhandy since I have to unscrew it everytime i fill it up. Something with a lid would also be better^^ Cheers, Manuel

Hi there, this is the raw material supply for the desktop injection molder that I am building. In case you have seen some of my other videos. I am building an automatic plastic recycling machine and this slider will supply the shredded flakes to this machine. It can also create color mixes once there are several of these dispensers. Hi :) thank you for noticing me about it, you're right. I forgot to update the links below the videos. They are invalid due to the name change of the channel. I explained more about the name change in an instagram post from a few weeks ago. I updated the links now and the development is still ongoing, so nothing has changed in that regard:) And yes once everything is functional and nothing of the current project trajectory changed, I still plan to do that. I just dont know yet at what price the files are going to be. I need to find some way to finance this project further, thats why it won't be for free like most of the other designs :) Cheers, Manuel

Haha, that would be bad indeed. I should explain what this is for. It is part of a tiny automatic recycling system that I am developing, so the flakes are sorted because they will be melted and compressed into a new product in the next step. Yes, that would fill the mold way faster thats true. This is creating some problems right now with the filling of the phonecover mould

If you were to buy just the raw material without manufacturing, you end up with something around 1100-1200 USD. Its pretty expensive, thats why we rethink the whole design right now to make it cheaper.
