Riders republic > has all of this already and many bike styles Not that either is great. You have to turn in manual landing etc and make the settings harder but the manuals etc are fun. Streets is like a mobile game.

@@inhale27 RR has great looking environments and characters but to me the riding feels really bad - arcade-y and like a THPS style game, great for the mainstream though... BMX Streets isn't particularly polished but it's difficult, gives you a huge sense of control, feels pretty realistic and is really rewarding as you get better. Each to their own though! :)

Looks amazing! Are your jumps sculpted on the terrain, or are they just meshes blended with a terrain object seasmlessly? I ask as I have been trying to use scripts that use meshes as a guide for terrain manipulation and havn't had much luck! Also your foliage is just beautiful, is that a pack you have paid for?

Hey dude! I'm doing it with meshes for jumps and sculpting the terrain around the jump meshes, and using the same textures on the edges of the jump meshes and the terrain, so it blends nicely. Foliage is all custom :) Terrain Adjust is a great plugin for working with meshes + terrain

Hey, i have a few question about texturing a skatepark. Did you use trimsheets for some parts ? Or did you texture each assets ? Or just using tileable texture on part of assets ? I'm having trouble finding a good way to have good texel density, good details and not spending days texturing each asset by hand. Thanks a lot if you will to answer and give me some hint on how to deal with this. Great job btw :)

agreed, it's a pain. things like lumen and offline renderers like vray, corona, fstorm are so much nicer to work with

@@roartex4249 Can I something that I've been researching for a few days an no 1 answering? Why does baked lighting look sooo terrible. It is missing specularity and my character and scene looks so flat. The shine is just gone. I've tried adding reflection probes and lighting probes all over before I bake. Still, looks horrible. Is baking even worth it if you are making a "nice" looking game? Also, the baking files are so large that it seems like it isn't worth it. I'm not going to be able to ship my game when the product us 20gb larger due to tons of lightmaps

Not really, mainly just because it slows down the process when trying to get creative. Normally I'd go back and refactor and optimise things into rgba channels later on if possible

You need to download the updates from the patcher, not through unity package manager.
