Awesome form! Can you do any one arm pullups after the program?

Bravo. So strong.Great form. Truly “real” pull-ups!

I salut the effort but those are not perfect pull ups whatsoever. There is just too much swinging that helps her.

Too much swing, poor form. It’d be more impressive if she did 10 proper which I’m sure she can

Bro all good about your reps and ROM, but use more core because you swing a lot an it might affect your amount of reps

Bro try not going all the way to lock out and instead go very close. The pump from it is insane

When I do weighted dips in a similar fashion to this and with straight legs = zero sternum pain! Most parallel bars are just too damn low, sadly.
@NutEByN8urrr Жыл бұрын
Yeah wow!! That was super impressive.. very clean form.. was not using momentum or kippling or kip pull-ups or whatever they're called.. very clean solid controlled 20 real deal pull-ups and not even chin ups aka underhand.. that was overhand.. all forearm and lats and pure power. That was real impressive.. and very sexy.. and she's not one of those overly boult dude lookin chick's either .. everyday I'm more and more impressed with females.. I mean they have it all.. smarter than us, Sexier, in better shape, more considerate, sweeter, kinder, funnier, can bear a child, love deeper.. sing way better naturally.. more style. I mean poor men now don't really have any legs up anymore.. it's over fellas we are the lesser gender.. I ain't mad at it either .. go girls .. you are just pure works of art that are more capable than I can fathom.. women never cease to amaze me.. like ther are from another world.. angels they are boys.. thank the heavens for them.. fascinating and wonderful creatures..

I like how you used two adjacent trees to setup a bar for pull ups, good stuff

Thank you. That was the easiest and fastest way. This year will probably build dip bars.

Brrrrro... try Quick and Dead from Pavel. This is the best possible push up and swings combination. Three times a week, ultra-strictly. Other days play with kettles and barbell. And do a mighty goblet squats... Behold!

@vaskonaumov2 жыл бұрын
52-54kg.
@farhanhussain_2 жыл бұрын
Good work but you should keep entire body rigid otherwise it leaks the strength. Bar is too high. You should reach it by standing on the toes. It gives stable start.
@vaskonaumov2 жыл бұрын
Leaking strength is the last thing that a kid thinks about. Effort and decent form is what is most important.
