The best trout I’ve ever had 👌👌 What a catch and smoked by the best. When you ever catch one yourself (what seems to be quite difficult btw for many people), I can definitely recommend to bring it to Mr. Berkhof to get it prepared 🤙 Thanks again 🙏

not really, as long as the outside is cooked it isn’t raw

It wasn’t raw actually. Grilled on both sides for only a couple of minutes on the half moon griddle. After that a small finishing touch above the charcoal. The inside temperature was around 52-54 degrees Celsius.
