Firehouse Jerky

This KZfaq channel is about documenting the real-life process of me going through the phases of a startup company called Firehouse Jerky. We’re based out of Hamburg, Minnesota which is a small rural town 1 hour SW of the Twin Cities.

I retired from a small town rural Fire Department after 10 years of service and launched Firehouse Jerky. A goal of Firehouse Jerky is to help provide monetary donations to small town Fire Departments to help afford the best personal protective equipment (PPE).
