Do you want to become limitless? I am very sad for people who still believe in these things, but I hope you succeed, guys, and I hope that when you become limitless, you push even further. It's so sad to think that there are so many people who are so misguided and have understood so little about life.

. As a gym enthusiast, I'm all about peanut butter. It's my protein-packed go-to for energy. However finding one without harmful additives was a challenge until I tried Alpino Peanut Butter. It's all-natural-no preservatives or added sugars, just pure goodness. Perfect on bread for a low-calorie treat. Gym lovers and everyone else, this is the one for all your nutrient needs, with a delicious, creamy texture that's hard to beat! @alpinohealthfoods

Start small, take one of these habits and see how you feel. Really the biggest drivers on your life is going to be Sleep, nutrition, and exercise. I've been traveling a ton in the past 5 weeks, and my normal routine has been flipped on it's head, but I've found a few small things to keep me grounded while things are a bit chaotic. I'll start the day with water, hydrating then some quick breathwork (wim hof), then immediately do sets of pushups (sally ups), and I'm rolling for the day. I'd just take one of these habits and cycle them in when you can, see how it impacts your day, mood, etc and build from there.

Lovely work. I have started delaying caffeine. Will start having salt water first in the morning instead. Have hectic work schedule so I hit gym between 10pm-11:30pm. Will start getting sunlight by going for a 35 mins morning walk and rest 30 mins walk gets completed when I have to go to gym by walking (15 mins walk one way)

Hey Thanks for the comment! The mineral water is a great addition especially if you're sweating a lot durning intense work outs. I lose a ton of sweat during Jiu Jitsu and I sauna at least 3 days a week (I've found sauna every day is a bit too harsh on my skin). I've found that magnesium water at night is nice as well to wind down for the day.

I like this routine a bit because unlike others where you wake up at 4am this starts at around the time I typically wake up for work, I of course have to adjust to fit my 7-4 schedule so I can't really break my work into chunks but I can start waking up maybe 30 mins earlier and use that as time to have some water intake and get a light workout in earlier in the morning

Why not just quit your drug addiction to coffee? How is that a GOOD thing? And just get a dog - you’ll walk outside every morning. Salt? Ok, sure, i walk my dog with a backpack and electrolyte mix. Nothing magical about this routine. And i haven’t had breakfast in years. Cold shower? Only if it’s cold and raining outside. Flakey. There’s nothing “non-linear” or “linear”. This is bro-science trying to be intellectual about the fact that people work. Sorry, Huberman is overrated. This video is one cliche after another.

Getting a puppy is a good suggestion. I have two dogs and are great companions for hikes here in the mountains and just for life in general. I've cut down my coffee consumption to just one cup per day. Maybe one day I'll cut it entirely.

Its a constNd doing stuff, but not assembly line. Tasks. Lunch. Rest....lay down for a 10 to hour. More stuff to do. Work. Later a snack and coffee. Then work till dinner. After is more relaxed tollbef

I love those ideas and I wonder if they’re also good for women and their ever changing cycle and for pregnant women. Especially the salt water and cold shower. People make such a fuss about salt ! I’d be curious to know if the difference in hormone composition of the two different genders affects the results of the routine.

I mean… of course we can I corporate some of these things, but if you are a parent with a 9-5, a morning routine from 6-10 is well… precious.

Would love to be able to incorporate these tips into life but since i need to work for a living I’m unable to fit that plan in. The morning bit i can do if the sun i get is the part where it blinds me as i drive to work, if it’s even risen yet. The 2nd session would have to be deep work from 8- 5 and my employer wouldn’t look kindly at a 20 min break every 90 min, I’m not a weak millennial. Sunshine during my lunch is doable. After a work day, if I laid down for 5 minutes, I am absolutely falling asleep. If the sun is still up and it’s warm enough the work around home doesn’t end until the sun goes down. I guess I’ll have to look forward to winning that lottery.

I think you need to check the amount of mineral drops you were using... That was a massive squirt for a glass of water. Maybe it is different concentration than what I have used.

For sure, that’s a good point to mention because they have a few different versions, the smaller bottles the serving size is very low with a high concentrate. The one I have I believe is 40 drops per serving size

The best thing to do in the last 30 minutes whipe you are waiting for coffee is to write. I agree that it is better to spend most of your creative time in the "non-linear" time, but a little raw journaling in the morning is so so so good for you

How to replace sunlight when it is still Dark outside. Sunrise here is at 7am
@demikeproductions
@demikeproductions 3 ай бұрын
There really isn't a substitute other than artificial lighting like one of these: amzn.to/3rOsC6p Huberman says recently that you simply need to get the sun when it's available. That could be 7, 8 or later depending on the year and your location. If you really want to have those same benefits, or close to, you need to use a SAD lamp like I linked above.

why salt water?
@demikeproductions
@demikeproductions 3 ай бұрын
It's beneficial for hydration, replenishing electrolytes, especially if you live an active life style. It's been shown to improve cognitive function as well. If you already have a high sodium diet, this could be problematic to layer on more. Consult your doctor on what is best for you. I sweat a lot, between working out, jiu jitsu, sauna. A small amount of salt or mineral water helps me and my lifestyle.

Been doing most of these most days excluding meditation but including 16/8 fasting daily on a plant based diet. Not stretching enough is my biggest downfall and I would recommend that it becomes a priority if it isn’t already. 😂

Bro, skip (most of) this nonesense! The sunlight and caffeine thing is true but you need to get into the gym and lift. Trust me on this, BJJ is great and all but with no muscle mass it won't do anything for you. Trust me on this, it is not healthy to have legs or a frame like that as a man. The biggest change in my life was waking up early, eating breakfast, feeding my dog, drinking coffee, praying and then hitting the gym. You don't have to go full roid rage but you need to lift heavy to put some muscle on that frame and get your dopamine/testosterone levels up. It was more life changing than this program and I guarantee you stay with it longer.
