I am going to try this tonight as we love savoury rhubarb - but you cook just like my mum ' Some of this, some of that' so Sri Lankan, I love it - but could you please give the quantities for those less familiar with cooking curry? I am guessing a tablespoon of curry powder and a teaspoon of the other spices, and how much coconut milk? though I know it doesn't have to be precise. :-) Going to make it without maldive fish as it's hard to find in the uk.

Looked into my fridge this morning. 2 leeks deep in hibernation at the bottom of the fridge. Typed in Leek recipes and came up with this recipe. I'm not even a vegetarian but hey loved this, it a keeper. Made it at 9 in the morning in advance of re-heating for tea but had it half eaten by dinner time!!
