Newsflash! My Marantec M4500 was working from the wall switch, but not from any of my remotes. I tried new batteries in the remotes to no avail. When I swapped antennas from one garage door to my other garage door, the problem seem to be with the antenna so I figured I might need a new antenna. Looked online for a new antenna and they basically unavailable; decided as a last resort to spray some deoxidizing electronic contact cleaner (“tuner cleaner” us old guys call it) on the four little prong contacts where the antenna fits into the controller unit. Boom! Everything works fine….all the remotes now function, and all is good. You might want to give this a try if all else fails, it worked for me.

That's a condensate pump, not a sump pump. If the condensate pump stops working or cannot drain, it shuts down the system.

I noticed you have a double hung window and when the shade comes down, it bangs into the bottom one. Shouldn't you use an outside mount?

7 years later and this is still valid! My power went out and apparently it did trip all the GFCI outlets. And I always forget this one! Reset it and I’m back in business.

I came home and My thermostat was off. I checked my drain pump connected to the AC and the water level was up to the brim of the pump. I gave it a few taps and the pump kicked in, Which in effect turned on the thermostat. Really appreciate it!!

Have they updated the system yet to allow u to create groups ie upstairs and downstairs yet thats the only thing annoys me about it
