a Melee series that's animated like Nickelodeon's "The X's" would absolutely go hard. Funnily enough, "The Spy Who Liked Me" would premiere 3 days later, on December 16, 2005. Peter: Who the fudge starts a conversation like that? I just sat down!

Paper mario was the second game in the mario rpg series that i finished, and mario rpg is the fifth im saying this beacuse the ending is almost the same as the one in paper mario 64...

The slightly slower reprisal of that music at 1:46 always gets me. Just really makes you reflect on what a journey you’ve been on. It’s been so long since we first heard that music as Geno the doll became Geno the star.

Everything in this game is excellent. And then... a emotionally and conclusive super ending!!! Holy cow. You thing you've seen everything, boom! The classic Mario tune. Any day, any time no one can beat this ending.

I'm pretty sure I'll cry once I get to this part in the remake not bc it's sad or anything but bc after seeing that trailer I have faith they'll make the ending far more grand with the enhanced graphics and the remixed ost. It will bring my little gamer heart so much joy and bust the waterworks open out of pure nostalgia and a little bit of sadness that the journey is over. 😭

Why were Geno or Mallo never used again? So many memorable characters here. Amazing amazing game. Very few developers out there that give such memorable story lines and execution. Just wish those times would come back. This was back when companies seriously cared about their games. There are still some today, but very far and few.

The reason why they were never used in any other games is because they are owned by Square Enix not Nintendo.

This aged like a fine wine! The pacing, editing, and creative use of the characters in-game animations are all way ahead of their time, while the music choice just screams early to mid 2000's. And despite being uploaded in 2005, you can actually see what's going on! What more could you ask for? Awesome video!
