The internet is full of Plaids doing 9.3-9.4 ¼ stock. There are even some sub 9.3. Notice also that this Plaid didn't have the stickiest tire. Your Revuelto look so much better with the white wheels compared to the one in the background with black ones. Not only it makes the tyres look wider/bigger but it's like the car sit lower. And you can actually see the wheel design

downshifting the lambo while doing emergency braking isn't going to help, but make it worst. causes more instability in the back, and cause the ABS to let up the brakes a bit to keep the rear tires from locking.
