Bhai please reply karo. Iss village Mai education kaise hai. Mtlb 10th mai kisi ne 90% + laaye hai kya marks saha pe. Mai as a BPM post office join karna chahta hu jo 10th marks basis pai selection hota hai. Kashmir mai mere chances nhai hai kyuki yehi pai 98% cutoff jata hai. Leh Ladakh mai 96% k around jaata hai aur mere iske kareeb% hai. Please reply ki ye educationaly kaisa hai according to 10th Also agar aapko pata hai inme educationaly backward konsa area sabse zyada hai. @@laxmi7583 Yeah, so you're going to need to provide a source for that. There are countless unverified meteorological records, but we don't use those, do we? That temperature is utterly unverified, as are many other claims. The funny thing is, though, that still wouldn't make it the second coldest inhabited place! Canada, the US, and Russia have all recorded ACTUALLY RELIABLE readings below that in places people live. If you use the reliable record low for Dras, there are so many other places that are colder than Dras it's laughable. Dras isn't one of the coldest places year-round, it isn't one of the coldest places in summer, it isn't one of the coldest places in winter, nor is it one of the coldest places when it comes to the record books unless you're willing to take into account completely unverified claims AND also ignore verified claims which are STILL colder than the unverified claims. Get out of your bubble and stop just comparing things to India, there's a whole world out there.
