I did a transmission drain and refill by dropping the drain pan, that bolt on the drivers side control arm hits the drain pan but once dropped you have access with no issues, so I will knock out 2 birds with one stone next time. The drain pain is an easy job, filling is a pain though but they've all gone that way with "lifetime" fluid as they claim (bs).

For future refernece. I went though the whole greasing the bearing and it didn’t solve the clunking. My joints are also tight. I’m now trying to remove the motor to see if I can replace the little damper inside, but that stupid yellow cable doesn’t let me work (red in your case for whatever reason)
@RealityUniverse22 күн бұрын
I still haven’t got to fixing it yet, soon!
@nicolaslab57322 күн бұрын
@@RealityUniversejust buy the electric steering damper (looks like a black and green star) and replace it when you do this job. If it hasn’t failed it will soon and the clacking will come back. Greasing the bearing had nothing to do with it for me. The hardest part is dealing with the length of the wires.Both sensor and power connectors. In my Prius I couldn’t get to where the cable connected up in the dash so I had to carefully tug on the cables and put some boxes to hold the weight of the pieces below them. You’re trying to get to the two 12mm bolts that hold the motor to the rack. Once you take those off you’ll see all the green broken bits everywhere that allow for slack in the motor that makes it slap back and forth.

@RealityUniverseАй бұрын
They should be fine, as long as it’s not directly wet, I have them In The shower 🚿
@paulburns4721Ай бұрын
The lights, themselves, are not hermetically sealed and are thus prone to condensation inside the lense. I would not install in an exterior environment no matter how well it's protected from rain. Exterior lights are made to withstand condensation, hence the IP66 rating needed for the lights housing.

Did you figure out where the springs go? I'm re-doing my Cabrio roof. I have fixed the shrunken canvas by sewing on some awning canvas and everything was working great until I broke the front slider latches. I have the replacements, and can't for the life of me figure out where those springs go. I'm sure they do something useful, but I don't know what.
@johnberryhill9622Ай бұрын
I FIGURED IT OUT! They go INSIDE the large pin on the slider to maintain outward tension against the cable. It's the only place they CAN go.
@RealityUniverseАй бұрын
I was just trying to picture it. Sorry I didn’t get back to you quickly!
@johnberryhill9622Ай бұрын
@@RealityUniverse I just wanted to post the comment in case anyone else might find themselves wondering where the springs go. The only other thing worth mentioning is the way that the roof sliders "nest" inside the rear cassette which, again, might be obvious by the way they fit into the tracks with enough lateral clearance to actually move. Lastly, it is worth also mentioning that the tracks might need some alignment, and there is another youtube video on that.

Had to replace the carb on mine after one season maybe 5-10 hrs on it. I bought one of these carbs and it actually has more power because you can fine tune it. I bought a brand new cub cadet rider mower, this echo blower, echo weed wacker in 2017 when i bought my house. After the first season the carb on the backpack and the cub cadet were both bad. It’s 100% the ethanol in the fuel. I only use non ethanol fuel now.
