My son's 14301 steering servo melted due to him pushing things with it that were too heavy 😂. I replaced it now i have this problem of your video. I'll try to disconnect and reconnect and see if this works..........tried it still didn't fix it, i only get 3 seconds of throttle. 😢

My mix is 2 days old I got it yesterday and it would run all day on 70% throttle but soon as I switch it to 100% it kills the car after 1 ssecond. Then the light is blinking. Then I plug battery back in on 70% and it will run. But back to 100% kills the car. What’s happening???

Hey. Great review. At the 4:40 mark how are you able to run the lights without the blue and reds? Mine has all off, all on and all blinking light modes. Looking to run it without the blue and reds, Thanks

Thanks, i believe I accidentally place the light wires in the wrong slot of the ESC..which made it light but not with the front blue and red

I actually did and place the spare tires at the bed of the truck.. I love this truck, especially running on drift wheels.. so much fun.

Thanks! I love the defender of this scale. the body maybe a little challenging when crawling but you can always mod it to distribute the weight.

My friend got the Traxxas - TRX-4M Bronco & I got the FMS - FCX24 K5 Blazer. Now he wants a FMS - FCX24 Power Wagon, lol.

They are addictive , I’ve got 4 of them now, 2 defenders, bronco , and a K10 high trail. 2 defenders are my kids, other 2 are mine , you can run them outside , inside if the weather is bad, very versatile. Nice choice , I like the yellow !!

Oh that's lovely. My daughter loves her Bronco.. I'm looking to getting that K10 soon. I'm glad Traxxas made these mini scales of their bigger ones. Will do another video soon with the Defender and Bronco on the trail

Thank you for uploading this solution. I have a hyper go as well and after the 3rd run it stoped working. I have the LED flashing and no steering or throttle. Will take a closer look the connections and see if this will help my situation. Thanks again!

@@HobbysRCHobby unfortunately for me, it did not resolve my issue. I really don’t want to buy any new expensive parts like esc or servos as I just bought it. I think I will try a refund from the seller. Still, thanks for uploading!

@@emparado sorry to hear that. MJX is usually willing to replace you with another ESC, if yours came defective. But yeah contact them and they’ll give you options

@@HobbysRCHobbyHow can I contact MJX, my 14209 is having a faulty ESC too. Only the red light is blinking, fan, servo, light and motor not functioning.

@@lkwanz same as mine. Steering works but when I engage the throttle only the red light blinks and the motor does nothing. No beep either when you turn the car on and it pairs with the controller. Fustrating

Nice vid.I’ve been enjoying the trail crawls lately with mine.Also wanted to add watching rc crawlers crawl super slow but constantly over rocks like watching paint dry is not really like the real thing if you’ve ever watched or been out 4wheel driving.

I think mini crawlers are taking over . Cheaper price point , indoor courses , and cheaper modifications makes it a winner . Not to mention they are capable

How did you remove the body?

it is a little tricky removing the body, you have to disconnect the LED light connector from the ESC to remove the body completely but be careful in pulling it out.
