Hi, first of all, we thank you for the information you give through your videos 👏🏼🙏🏼. I wanted to ask you a question, I have two GX 270 pressure machines and I would like to increase the gpm! What a treat, can you recommend that I work with Gx 270 to increase the highest gpm. I appreciate your help.

I have a new home owner model that is 3000psi 2.5gpm and the second time i used it it pressurized for 10 seconds then stopped. The motor still runs and i made sure never to let it run more than a few seconds without pulling the trigger to keep the pump cool. Any ideas why the pump is not coming on? I already checked the unloader valve and it is not stuck. I am at a loss.

@WashRite
@WashRite 11 ай бұрын
usually there is a pipe that runs up the side of the tank and goes into the top of the tank, this is the water fill pipe from the roof, half way up the pipe on the side of the tank there is usually a T joint with a cap on it, you just undo the cap and leave this off while you clean and for a good 3 to 5 rain events after cleaning this will dump all contaminated water on the ground as the caps off, if we turn up and the plumber who installed the tank is brain dead and did not install the T joint we will install one while were there for this reason @@benjaminbutler3487

Picked up an old washer after my new brushless monster died in like 40 minutes... defeated the purpose of low maintenance lol. Started looking for pump/chassis as a priority- hoping to find one that didn't run, could swap motor out if needed, still gets me way under cost of new. So for $150 got an older Italian HyPro with a Honda G400 (old 11hp flathead) built in gear reduction (not sure what the reduction is, I'm guessing 2:1 based on pump rpm/motor rpm) 4.7gpm 1800psi. Lower pressure but great volume (which frankly for most of what I do, this is a better setup, especially since I'd like to run a small wet media blaster sometimes.) My question is, can I bring down the orifice sizes some to get more pressure and sacrifice some flow? The thing is beefy, I don't imagine it'd be a problem as long as the motor can chug through. Have you ever used a small diesel on a pressure washer? Too much noise/harmonics? Because a belt drive on a small diesel may actually work really well. The small 6hp 196 diesels probably make a lot more torque under load, could run only a slight underdrive on the pump side. Would running it at slightly more rpm increase pressure at all? Or just flow? Pressure being a result of flow through certain passage/orifice sizes?

Very nice setup. Few questions. First is the battery placement, could the battery be mounted under the tray somewhere? Second is regarding the chemical injector remote bypass. What do you do when you remotely switch to water but the ball valve on the pump unloader bypass is set to chemical.? Will the Chem tank not fill up with water? And I assume this system only works with batch mixing? Is there any way you could run the stainless steel pump with a proportioner setup? The problem I see is the pump bypass. And regarding the floodlights, will are the floodlights connected to the chemical remote bypass as an indicator?
@WashRite
@WashRite Жыл бұрын
Yep we have mounted the battery under the deck on a few other of these trucks, The main reason it is where it is because this truck has a full LED flood light setup for night work that hooks on to this battery and the ease of set up and pack away was the only reason it is there. In regards to the remote switch we dont do anything as the unloader is before the valve and chem injector so it only bypasses water back to the main buffer tank. Regards Troy
