I found that if you use a medium power rod (the bass x rod works really well) 6’8” for bait casting it improves your hook up ratio and the rod provides that sensitivity. I’m not sponsored so don’t trip.

How often would you recommend switching bait presentation if you aren’t getting bites? Ex: Switching from spinner to crank.

Nice session . The dobyns rods are underrated. I sold mine but keep thinking about getting a ml spinner for the bay. The irods I have now are stiffer and faster action. Even the lighter action ones.
