I don't know how to keep the main head straight, It came tilted within the box and whenever I try to move it down to make it straight it goes back in the same position, any help?

Even with the guard and blade installed? It’s normal if there’s no guard or blade installed because of the tension mechanism. But if it’s doing it fully assembled then there might be an issue and you’ll have to see if you can get a replacement. No easy way to fix it.

I wish I would have eaten there one more time. So many memories and good meals there. Back in its hey day that parking lot would be full and you had to wait an hour to get seated. The neighborhood is so sketchy now, I knew it would eventually close. Seems to be the way with most things go in this city.
