But anyway, imagine something crosses by and the driver has to reduce speed or stop. You always have to keep a safe distance. Besides, people don't realize there's a speed limit.

Is it normal for you to react the way he did? I guess you're a saint behind the wheel and have never missed a stop or a red light. The cammer can get a ticket + 3 demerit points, and that's it. But what the agressor did is considered assault in Quebec. By the way that person work for the City of Montréal, the cammer filed charges and he was detained last week and the city removed him from his job. He has been released and awaiting for a hearing. He's reaction was a stupid way to loose your job, he deserved it, specially being a public servant.

@@montrealtraffic i never condoned the actions of the other driver; i know, reading comprehension is hard... my point was you have the video (i.e. you can replay it as many times as you like) and still thought you did nothing wrong, which is a problem - we all make mistakes, but unlike you, some of us can spot where we did something wrong.

The video starts at a weird point and is sped up for a few seconds. Whatever occurred between the two drivers started right before that point and the cammer has omitted that footage.
