Hello! This pattern is so pretty and is exactly what I was looking for, but I wanted to know if it would be possible to sew this shrug with fur and lining? :)

Hi..so glad to find this, I have a good second hand janome, I got for buttonholes. After 6 months on just going to attempt to use it on an actual garment. Stupidly it’s on the front placket of a gorgeous purple boiler suit. Eek. Have practised. Question, in this video you say ‘it’s still quite big, so I will keep trying to adjust it” or so,etching like that. What do you mean by that? Also, do you always have to ‘go round again’? Oddly other machine videos show it does that automatically, mine just goes up and down once..is that ok too? Apologies for the questions but would help me before starting!

Adjusting the size of the button to fit the button hole...you put it in the back of the sewing foot. And..on thus machine it seems to kike if you keep resetting after each button hole.

I can't see when you're doing the thread part, it's hard to follow where you're threading in in and out of. Also when you thread the needle, I don't know which cotton you've used.

I’m so torn between 725 and 423 and I wish I could get some good advice. Some folk say top loader is more reliable and others say side loader gives better stitching…. Help?! Also I think I want sturdy so is 423 better because of full metal body? I’m used to vertical thread holder. Helpppppppp 😅

It's a good job but if you used an overlock and a coverstitch or at least a twin needle, you wouldn't have to worry about stretching the fabric while you sew it. Also sewing the neck band after you sew the shoulder seams would be easier. Trust me I have made at least 100 tees. But your video is great and very informative and you are drop dead adorable 😊
