To metal stamping manufacturing companies we are offering a thin and very strong textile Tribotextil™, that replaces lubricants when stamping sheet metal, primarily when press brake/edge bending metal but also applicable in certain deep drawing and stretch forming applications. The fabric that is reused for a large number of stamps also protects the sheet metal from mechanical damages from the stamping tools.

If there are high surface finish requirements when press brake/edge bending, the Swedish product Tribotextil™ can be applied in the pressing/bending tool and mechanically protect the sheet metal from scratches and other damages. Tribotextil™ is an extremely thin and very strong textile that in this process replaces lubricants in the tool.

у дурмы очень слабые и не проктичные держатели для пуансона(больше нравятся держатели с амады двойные) т.е сделаны из мягкого металла , а также слабая механика внутри

Great press, need to know how calibrate Y1 & Y2

I’m a service technician for Australia’s durma dealer There’s a few ways to calibrate them If they are not bending same angle from side to side find out by how many degrees one side is out ie 3 degrees work out what three degrees is in mm movement be about 1-2mm then go into parameters and find the index point y1 y2 then adjust either side accordingly

If they are bending same but not on target use corrections If waaay over or under folding get a piece of .5/.6 set machine to fold 180 degrees adjust y1/y2 index point in parameter until 180 fold basically pinches the material then returns back up with out leaving and crease machine should fold allot closer to target now 👍
