Short, very informative and very easy to understand. Great one!! Usually these types of videos tend to be long to which I hate so it’s nice to have shorter ones.

Having my B.S. and M.S. in Economics - I can say this. Macroeconomics is the realm of social "scientists" trying to justify their policy decisions; especially the higher in education level you get. If you are interested in why things actually happen or happened in markets - their origins and outcomes - and to think critically, look into micro. I can't tell you how many many graduate-level professors told us to throw away years of statistics, data collection, econometrics because some policy was for the "greater good". If the data set didn't fit what they wanted, "it's a bad set." They couldn't say why, or prove it... just "go with it".

Where did the money come from?
@DistributistHound

First video I see mentioning banks, so in order to have savings you need to be able to cover your own needs and have a money surplus this would mean that profits and rents would have to be larger than expenses however in this diagram expenses are equal to incomes so it is impossible to save money and it is also impossible that incomes can get larger than expenses because if profits are larger automatically they would have to be reflected in expenses other wise where would that extra money come from? On the contrary not all costs are profits, rents and interest but every price charges both costs and profits. Money doesn't come from savings on the first places at least not under a fiduciary currency system, money comes from the central and private banks.

Why can’t I just keep hiring the highly educated people to keep making the tablets? Is it because their salaries will become more expensive or there won’t be people like that available on the market anymore? Bc if there are people wanting tablets there then we could pay their salaries. And also there’s a bunch of people looking for jobs.
