Great video! We recently purchased in Granite Bay and excited for the move. Are there any free access points to the lake where we can park and access trails/beach? We drove straight down Douglas and it looked like it ended with a paid entrance. Thanks!

Worth it just to buy the Golden Poppy annual pass for CA state parks! There are multiple entrances, but typically through a neighborhood/ side street.

Hi, as of right now we are actually seeing a mild slow down for July so I'm seeing a lot of builders give incentives on their new homes. Which is great for buyers. Most people would say the Fall/Winter time is ideal to buy because things tend to slow down. I'd say it really depends on his situation/timing.

That subdivision by Winco is a bad location. IT borders valley hi with all the south sac garbage. Even delta shores new subdivision is even worse. Delta shores is part of the meadowview community and it will eventually connect.

Elk Grove and Sac is very dark. I drive thru all the time coming from the Bay dangerous drivers and tailgaters.

Really it's a preference of what part of the Sacramento area you want to live in. This part of Lincoln still has homes that support this price range and beyond. We just had a listing sell for $1.1M not too far from this development. Hope that helps!
