I’ll say this about hdpe, Iv done plastic welding before, fully hdpe to hdpe, and you can 100% weld a plastic rod onto cold plastic, it’s just ones usually so hot it’s almost bubbling. I dare say the same with it’s the same with the printing, like you want an almost liquid bead right? You also gotta go slow slow, but there are several hdpe sources all around your house

HDPE looks like Hotglue. 😂 I'm not convinced HDPE isn't just Hotglue on a filament spool. Just got myself a Bambu P1S, I think I might go with the PCTG filament. I know it's one of the more expensive ones, but for what I plan for it, I'm gonna need it. Might even go for ABS or ASA in the future so I can weld them layers together for a better finish to sand down and paint. P1S even comes with an activated carbon filter for its enclosure so I *shouldn't* need to make it vent to outside...But I might print a custom top end or fan attachment just in case I need to hook it up to a window. Anyone here have any suggestions to a decent filament from this list for cosplay armor?

NEVER EVER use a 18650 that has been removed from a laptop or cordless drill battery. This one has been removed from some other battery system and is noticeable from the spot weld marks on the positive post. In the instance of a #3 happening, the safest thing to do is... DISPOSE OF THE BATTERY! From the danger of #3, Its not worth using.
