Dip it in bleach to clean it. It really adds to the flavor of the matcha

I just had my very first cold brewed Tetley green tea and for the first time I really enjoyed drinking green tea. I let it seep all night. 1 tea bag in a 500ml bottle of spring water and drank it around breakfast time. When I make it with hot water i feel nauseous after drinking it so now 'm very convinced cold water is the best way.

Can these teas be stored in a refrigerator to maintain freshness? Or, is Shincha something that must be drank quickly?

I appreciate your encouragement to have a "make do" attitude. I use a standard "tea-ball" as a make shift sifter for example. And I use a standard glass liquid measuring cup for mixing with an electric milk frother as well as drinking out of! McGyver would certainly be proud! 🤣

Does loose leaf tea taste sweet like if you add two spoons of sugar into a cup of tea from a tea bag?? Like does loose leaf tea need sugar is it bitter , and can I use a large size spoon to scoop the leaves out into servings and still give 60-100 servings of good tasting tea??

I have a question regarding the cleaning of the green tea leaves and production of matcha. I’m worried about the pesticide content or chemicals used to fertilize and grow the tea plants. Is matcha contaminated with pesticides? I’m worried about that negating any health benefits of drinking matcha.

Uhg i just want to learn the temp and time steeping on the MOST COMMON GREEN TEA the popular one, and it wasn't mentioned idk what those rest herbs are 😢
@Nioteas7 күн бұрын
these are all different types of green teas! They just require different temperatures depending on the leaves and the processing. If you want a standard brewing you can try 160F for 1 minute
