Is this motor reliable? I have a Terios 2010 with the same engine and i wonder is there problems with the engine in the long run

the motor is from Toyota Yaris RS 1.5L and it is very reliable with Irridium sparks and good motor oil. Just dont drop the gear as the engine mounts are very easy to tear
