Recently they nerfed her hp scaling and buffed her ap scaling so she does more damage with ap items

5 cost units in general feel so weak this set compared to prior... and 2 stars are already harder to get now anyway with charm mechanic and rework to econ.

@@GamingBossez I can't speak from your experience but I can definitely speak from mine. First of all, the reason why I think the last set was much better is bc I was able to reach Diamond faster than this set. Second, I feel like there are more reliable tanks from the last set. Right now, the tanks are so squishy, shapeshifter, vex, vanguards, etc. Also last set, there are comps where you dont even need to 3 star a carry just to be viable but now it feels like everything is a reroll comp(from my experience) idk man maybe i need to wait for more patches to enjoy this set

@@29Ventures I feel you. Reroll is annoying AF I agree but I think this set actually promotes a lot of playstyles. Because not eeeeveryone is going fast 8 it can't be default and 1* 4 and 5s aren't that strong. So actually have to have a really good early mid game to go fast 8/9 or reroll 3 cost.

At least last set, you have the same Encounters as everyone else. This set, it feels so bad when you lowroll a charm especially past Stage 5

@@reimonpangan8637 this aswell ^ it so bad that they have to add more factors to this game. I just hate it when it becomes a racing game who gets to 3 star a reroll comp first and then makes team building no fun when everything feels contested bc everyone is trying to 3 star a unit. Last set, warden sniper was so good even without a 3 star, heck even a single copy of ashe was good enough, storyweaver is also flexible as fk and the team building is way fun imo

​@@relykremok1225as they should. Veigar and Vex are horrible near unplayable units til 3 star. Best strat for mages atm is playing mordekaiser for vex and seraphine for veigar and not itemizing vex/veigar til 3 star.

By a hair. Veig can take even the most remote scaling AS items and still first from an obscure spot. Hell I had BB Rageblade and Gamblers Blade at 11 health on Stage 5 and managed a first ending on a 12 streak. There is just no consequence for a unit that squeezes off 2.5k in one double cast: if I can neutralize 2 threats at melee range with that after just 30/30 mana then something is wrong conceptually. Either nerf the base AS, increase the AS buffer after cast, increase the cast time or increase the mana pool size by 10. Slapping Veig late game on the wrist only to buff the only weak spot in its trajectory is hella stupid imo and I think it's only gonna result in the classic overbuffing/nerfing cycle that Riot is known for.

@@UhOhTheStoveIsOn 5 ap on veigar is negligible imo, he still scales infinite with charms either way
