Did you buy this exact one? If yes, like I pointed out in my video that it needs to be plugged into the charger for wireless charging to work. If it is not connected to power the wireless charging will not work.

Not sure if I can help but I would say let it drain the full battery so that it eventually shuts itself down. Once off, charge it fully before turning it on again. Maybe this will fix it.

I totally agree with on this, the design is definitely unique and easy to hold. Moreover, the space for putting headphones or wires is also a good usage of available space.
