A lot of new apartments in Seattle that are referred to as one-bedroom, come with no closet or window in the bedroom and under 500 sq ft.

Not bad, but depends on the price. The apartment has a new feel to it. Liked the balcony. And the surrounding area looks well kept, always a good sign.
