To end of this look at this way men. First there are 4 reason to pick a women to marry. 1. Her beauty 2.Her status 3.Her wealth OR HER RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CREATOR Second why not do a dowery. Just pay up front! Now with all that said men why not build a house after a child is born and give it to your children and therefore a mother will always be tooken care of if she do her job as being a GREAT mother. See kids will take care of there mom. As men you are building for your family anyways. Give the house to them and if the mother do right on her part and get the kids to adulthood then build her a home for herself on the same land, as long as she do not sale the kids house. You kill two birds with one stone. If she loves you well if she is a Godly women then you will not kick you out,lol.., if you right doing right as a man also. Now i know men what about us. Well make sure you do something for self meaning build you a home also just in case. Look at it as a retirement home for yourself. Problem solved.

Then the law will require that you compensate the woman. Since you got the property before the marriage it is considered your bonafide owner

It was answered in the video. To the extent that you can prove that you got the house before marriage and it’s in your name, then the court will consider it as yours.

You remember I commented on one of your videos that, Nigerians build beautiful estate but far cheaper than Ghana. Go to Lekki areas and find out yourself. Look into Pastor Ashimolowo upcoming modern, upscale estate and find out the prices of well serviced land and how much it costs. That will be sold in millions of dollars in Ghana. Our greediness in Ghana is making Ghana Unreasonably expensive

Glad things worked out. I think people considering buying property overseas should consider the following. 1. Speak to YOUR country's consulate that operates in the country you are considering buying in. It is their mission to represent their citizens when they travel or do business overseas. Your state department will also list any countries that have substantial issues including crime, corruption, scams, etc. 2. Report any issues to your consulate. They may be able to contact the government of the country you are doing business in and warn them. Countries will speak to their crooks if it will affect the country's overall business posture overseas. Your consulate will also warn citizens of your country. 3 As it is in most countries, it is probably best to buy homes that have already been built than to buy into future or uncompleted developments. Developers are notorious for lying or looking at the most rosy scenarios when it comes to telling potential buyers when a project will be completed. If you are buying something that has been built and operating already, there will be less issues as you won't have to pay attention to their lies. 4. If it is too good to be true, it is not true.

There is no suprise here. The Togolese Ewes are among the best, if not the best, artisans in West Africa. Many of them who move to Ghana are successful. The whole idea that artisans cannot be materially successful is a skewed Ghanaian way of thinking. Just to be clear, this guy is probably an Ewe and trained to speak French. Meaning he learned the English from his own effort. One more thing, Twi is not a Ghanaian language. It is a language of some Akans. Thanks for the video. We need more content like this. Very educative.
