nice work. How did you solve the plate adhesion problem?
@ambroscustom2 күн бұрын
I use abs slurry ( mixed in pure acetone )and that works perfectly. Sometimes extremely difficult to remove. So thicker the slurry is greater will be the admission force. This is what I noticed in my experiments

all that drilling makes it look complicated, cant we just connect a gas bottle externally to a tig gun , like its shown in other videos.
@ambroscustom7 күн бұрын
No. The gas will continuously flow through the tig torch even when you are not welding for that I have installed a gas valve in it.

Hello. I borned Portuguese, and they have this old saying: - "A guitar need to be in the hands of those who know how to play it properly". Well, I do similar jobs trying to repair the daily destruction our pupils do everyday, with everything at the public school I work.😢😢 And here I see one more time, how much I still need to learn!! Uau!! 😮😮❤❤

Why not just by some mild steel bar rather than drill through hardened steel, or even aluminum if you simply want a housing for pneumatic action. Maybe you save some money if it’s a random bolt but Amazon or eBay will sell you a short bit of stock and it won’t cost you the life of your bits. It’s a somewhat genuine question because I am truly wondering if the air pressure and violence of vibration might destroy a softer material or is this just a because you can.

Thank you for sharing! The last technique used to deposit brass colouring to the steel finial is very interesting. Do you think this would work on a polished brass finial?
@ambroscustomАй бұрын
It works but result comes up with matte finish
@optimumbrasses2529Ай бұрын
@@ambroscustom Thanks so much! I have been looking into colouring polished brass to different finishes. Is the brass wire brush your using here quite soft? Is it making scratch marks as your brushing over the finial? Where would i purchase this brass wire brush from? Great video!

bhai meray, Please warn people about pickling agent, it is the most dangerous stuff used in the stainless steel industry. pickling agent used for stainless contains hydrofluoric acid, this acid can be absorbed through the skin and slowly eat away your bones. only a small amount is enough to destroy man. proper gloves need to be used the disposed off after use.
