Mr. Taylor. You requested a chargeback from your card company just as Sam was finishing your order. If we had known you wanted to cancel ,we could have issued you a refund at your request. Sam does most of the work himself by hand and orders can sometimes take a long time to finish. Yours was a custom order that had to be built from the ground up.

Excuse me if I missed it. But I wanted to know if the monarch holster uses buckles or screws for the adjustments on sizes and fittings I hope I asked this question correctly. I am new to the firearm hobby but thank you very much.

It uses screw posts in the holes on the harness.

Hey Sam, I am looking to move into making some exotic skin holsters. Can you do a video on working with those skins making holsters and the places you purchase these skins. There really is not much in the way of exotic skin holster making available on KZfaq. I usually learn by spending a lot of time in the school of hard knocks but mostly considering the cost I would really prefer not having to go through that school this time if I could find a better way. I have a particular need to fulfill soon to work with alligator if you have any tips? I have been a fan of your videos for years. It is really great to see someone lend a helping hand these days to teach others. You sure have helped me....Thank you!

Reading the comments here regarding these fine holsters. I wish I got the chance to evaluate mine. On May 9 2023, following the information presented in this video, I called the shop and spoke with a pleasant lady. I told her I wanted an IWB for a Sig p365x (very popular model). We went over finish, belt loop sizes, extra belt loops, etc. but nothing special or exotic. I provided my CC information to place the order. She told me it would be 3 months give or take a week or two. I told her that's acceptable as I understood these things are hand made in a small shop. On my birthday, October 10 of 2023, 5 months past the order date, I had heard nothing from them yet I noticed my card was charged for the purchase $121 and change. So I called. I spoke to the same lady who put me on hold, after a minute or so got back on the phone sounding slightly annoyed, that my order "is in the shop in process, we will contact you when it ships" Today is November 4th days away from the 6 month mark. No holster, no contact from them. I deliver a 3500 sf custom home inside of 8 months. Dealing with weather, materials, sub-contractors, selection availability, etc. Over six months for a holster? It just so happens I am taking a trip to Florida in a couple of weeks. I'll be in St. Augustine for a few days during it. Perhaps I'll pay them a visit and at least ask for my money back. If you can't fill orders, you shouldn't take them. I hate to write this comment but the situation is just so wrong. *** LATE EDIT*** Reading comments further down it seems like some have waited more than 8 or 9 months. If this is the norm, you should tell that to people when they call. If back in May I was told 5 to 6 months or more lead time instead of the 9 -12 weeks I was quoted, I would have politely declined to place an order.
