Would yall make a Falernum syrup or your own Falernum liqueur? I’ve seen Fee Brothers have made their own syrup.

Freaking Amazing production value on this video. Looks beautiful on a high quality 4k monitor or an LG OLED TV. The history lesson and the cocktails and the welcoming, knowledgeable and welcoming feel of the host of the video were also a bit of a surprise, but definitely noticed and appreciated! Amazing first video for this new series! Please keep this series going..!

that first block.....I went to the thrift store and bought a serrated bread knife for $2. use that to score on one face of the block. get your meat tenderizing mallet and rest the knife blade in the score and give it a whack. easy peasy. quick work of the big block.

Do not listen to this guy. He has no idea what he’s talking about when it comes to tequila. The ones that he is suggesting are tequila full of additives and other chemicals that the producers and distilleries use to put artificial flavors and sweeteners in them. You as a consumer are being cheated out of what an actual tequila should taste like. Fortaleza, Arrete, El Tequileno, Tres Agaves, Lalo, Cimarron are just a few that are way better options and represent what a tequila should be. If want better suggestions, watch Luifern. He is a guy that knows his tequila.

I was very interested in the topic as I read the title. I haven't seen a Liber & Co video in a bit. Please slow down a bit, the episode felt a little rushed. So much information in such a short amount of time, seems like speed reading. Tasting the drinks, seeing the expression on your face while tasting the drinks, tasting notes of the ingredients and expressing an opinion on the drink are important as well. I'm not confident with the tequila choices either, some are good if you want additive free tequila. Hopefully this helps a bit, I really like your products.

I would be hesitant to recommend Don Julio Tequila primarily due to its composition, which includes a variety of additives. Since the acquisition of the brand, there appears to be a focus on maximizing production output, which may potentially compromise the tequila’s traditional quality.

There's a few of those I have to try but don't have some ingredients yet. I've gotten recipes elsewhere for a few of these cocktails and nuanced them for my tastes. I keep only 3 or 4 rums and they work for nearly everything I need JUNGLE BIRD 1 Appleton Estate 12 1 Plantation Original Dark 2 Pineapple Juice 3/4 Campari 3/4 Lime Juice 1/2 Turbinado Syrup (1 to 1) --------- PAINKILLER 2 Pusser's Gunpowder Proof 1 Pineapple Juice 1 Orange Juice 3/4 Creme of Coconut 3/4 Lemon Juice 5 drops Saline Dust with nutmeg (I just add 1/4 Mr Black to make it a Bahama Mama) --------- MAI TAI 1 Appleton Estate 12 1 Pusser's Gunpowder Proof 1/4 Grand Marnier 1/4 Clémont Créole Shrubb 3/4 Lime Juice 1/4 Orgeat (a different brand that's a bit more intense so it needs less and more overwhelms everything else... for me) Dash of Black Walnut Bitters 5 drops Saline Cheers

4:24 "The Agave plant is a piña plant" What do you mean by that? What is a "piña plant"? "Piña" means "pineapple" in Spanish, but they are not the same species, nor do theybelong to the same genus, family or taxonomical order.

Seems like you should be able to get any silicone ice tray, make some little holes in the bottom, and suspend it in a cooler. That's essentially what a lot of these ones do. Stuff that freezes on top stays clear while the cloudy stuff gets presser down into the body of the cooler

Yes, there is nothing magical. But doing so will just end up with the same cost or more than those ready to use products, and with way less fiddling.
