On my tv im getting a white screen with like vertical black lines , i removed the SL cable then the right side of screen worked perfectly. So i put tape over a few pins on the SL cable and plugged it back in , i then got a fully working screen apart from a white patch in the bottom corner of the screen . So i tried plugging the SR cable into the left COF side but leaving the SR cable in the right side of the TCon board , that side of the screen then went fully black but no boot logo was visible , like with the right side only or the tape trick . And then put everything back in place and tried the tape over the pins again and u cant get it as good as i did the first time . Could this be a ribbon cable fault or tcon board , considering i got a fully black screen when putting SR into left side ?

It's not safe to put that adapter on your mirror and have your cell phone on the left side or right side of your mirror it blocks some of your vision My company requires us with our training and we sign a piece of paper and one of the things that says on there you are not allowed to put your cell phone mounted on the front windshield either left or right or below the mirror because it interferes with your vision vision. If they see it in your vehicle like that they write you up once the second time they fire you I put mine down in the cup holder without any type of adapters without any adapters
