Excellent Tutorials. Thanks!!! I have one query. If we want the height along the curve to be manipulated so that it is not all at the same height, but let's say tapering from max height to min-height how would one go about it? Would adding one more graph mapper controlling amplitude work? I think I have a sense of it, but not sure how to go about it.
@KineticArchitecture Жыл бұрын
Hello. Either an attractor point or a graph mapper can help as well
@umeshsanghvi224 Жыл бұрын
@@KineticArchitecture Thanks. If I understand correctly the points output before the "surface from points" would be affected by graph mapper or attractor. Right? If I am using multiple curves and if one of the curves had to be tapered off then I'd have to isolate points affected and only manipulate those points. And do this iterative for every curve, right? My heads spinning ... but your tutorial has given me some great ideas. Will try... Thanks. 🙏

Do you have to unwrap the cad model when imported with datasmith?
@KineticArchitecture3 жыл бұрын
Nope! U can leave it as is. You only unwrap for custom textures that you want to do in Rhino or other programs like 3d's Max or Substance Painter

you brushed over the remap numbers pretty fast and without any clear explanation of what it is
@KineticArchitecture3 жыл бұрын
Remap Number converts one domain to another. So if your range is 0-26 and you want your domain to be 0-1 and be proportional to the numbers in between 0-26, then you would use Remap Numbers. Hope this explains things

How can i make the curve attractor do this geometry but the opposit way, to make tge curve attractor ist he highest geometry and the more dense, and it starts to fade the more you go out of the curve line center?
@KineticArchitecture3 жыл бұрын
You would just change the domain from 0 to 1 to 0 to -1. It doesnt have to be 1/-1 but it changes it from posititve to negative.

Hi, I have a question. Is it possible to use attractor points to scale squares but only produce a limited number of sizes (ex. maximum of 6 sizes)? If it is, may I know if you have a video tutorial regarding that or if you know any tutorial video demonstrating how to do it? Thanks
@KineticArchitecture2 жыл бұрын
This is possible for sure! You just have to setup the attractor point with the bounds you want! If you still need help with this, lmk!
