Absolutely glorious. A man on a mission. Thank you Frédéric for the impact you make on the world. You are an inspiration.

Cette chose s’est enfin émergé? Ou attendons-nous toujours l’avènement post capitaliste?

Your story about organizations is not very honest as it tries to compare organizations with different objectives, such as comparing the Catholic Church (which has no objective of producing goods and services) with modern companies (which have the objective of creating goods and services). You should focus only on productive organizations, which, in the case of the Middle Ages, would be guilds, which are not so centralized, so your argument would lose strength.

The three brain model, maps exactly to the Chinese concept of tan-tiens, which are situated in the same place as our physical three brains. Head, heart, and belly. Focusing on the "Western" view of history misses so much that has already been learned by humanity.

I appreciate all the ways people like you and Mind & Life Europe are speaking up and massaging the working and nonprofit worlds into ways out of neo-liberalism! Like you say, an organization that works like an organism is not new. The management heavy trends that started in the1980s really took us down a destructive path in a world that clearly needs more healing. The saddest is what this trend has done to care and learning organizations and the smart and lucky ones that could strategized around a machine are living examples of what is still possible. In my field of early childhood I am not surprised that Loczy and the Pikler approach from Hungary, Reggio Emilia in Italy and Anji Play in China all had to find their way around neo-liberal de-funding, centralization, and privatization and did so by sharing their approaches and practices with the world. Margaret Thatcher was wrong, of course, when she kept saying, "There is no alternative." Of course there is... there are many, many alternatives! Now we need rehabilitation and real, meaningful work for managers!
