The mother of my son literally just got the shit beat out of her in her own home by her parasitic leech boyfriend who doesnt work but gets mail at the house. The cops made HER leave and she was bleeding. Now she has nowhere to go. The law is fucked

I think the stepmom and father should respect the mother’s wishes. Not enough context here but if the mother is genuinely concerned about something with the stepmom then it should be respected. Things are way out of control nowadays and you cannot trust a lot of people. So given the few information I have I side with the mom this time, I think dad and stepmom should grow up and respect a simple wish as to only call (dad) his son.

Mom is way out of line UNLESS this step mom is toxic. So just because she still had unresolved issues with the new marriage or old husband she's going to spew her toxicity onto the relationship her son has with his father and his wife. Grow up!

honestly i can see both sides of the story, I'm under the impression that the biological mother isn't telling the whole truth. Is the justification for taking the phone away literally just communicating w\ stepmom? there are much better ways of handling this issue, and taking away a kids phone is taking away much more than just some texts. I can't help but wonder what the "bad mouthing" is, if there's any truth to it, and why the biological mother divorced, because i have definitely seen cases where the step parents are more loving than the biological parents.

In Solano County in CA, they don't follow that model. They schedule a DVTRO Hearing within 21 days, but they didn't even have a hearing, they just set it for trial almost 8 months later! And the judge completely ignored the DV, took my child off the DVTRO as a protected party, then gave the abuser temp 50/50 custody without hearing any evidence despite my objection and valid arguments against it. It's insane!!

There isn't enough context, but from the words used in saying "that woman", it seems the mother is being high conflict. What does the relationship with the son and stepmother look like? Is it healthy? If it is, then why hinder that relationship? What would the son like? More people to love and support a child is the healthier choice. It seems as though there is some unresolved feelings that need to be worked on.

This kind of thing is why I got off discord years ago. Some groups back then would meme dark/dank things, even just boring Star Wars groups I was in would have some disturbing memes and ways some of the users would talk, that’s probably why the LEO didn’t pay much attention to these kids doing this for so long. Thank goodness the records exist though. And discord has increased their standards in good ways since then. But even glimpsing that little shadow of the darkness is why I limit my kids access to being online, and it’s why I hope my kids just have pets instead of grandkids. Court is all about money. Child "support" is fraud! The supreme court even says child support is unconstitutional. She filled out the applicants TSEF which parties are to fill out, not a judge Rule 17(11) Then Trial Judge Justice Michael Gibson conducted the rigged trial. Applicant admits to paying $7900 on unsigned commissioned document, then asks the judge for $160,000 then is awarded $60,000 absolutely BS what I had to deal with. I want go public about my experience with this crooked family court
