Didn't the Powers That Be do some research before allowing this to happen. Did they ever see what the dust sample of other coal fired power station contains? The asbestos they couldn't get to, heavy metals including lead and mercury, mold and Respirable silica. Look at what happened when they demolished the Crawford Plant in Chicago. Huge fines and a $12.5 million settlement from the dust. Look at what happened at the Springdale Power Station in Pennsylvania. Huge fines from the State EPA and a pending lawsuit and injunction. Just Google them. Then there was problems with the Bjeckord Power Station in Ohio. The dust from the implosion poisoned the river.
