Wish I'd read your review first - I bought one today. I wanted it for my bedroom, but it's not relaxing at all, with the buzz coming on and going off every few minutes. The lady who sold it to me in John Lewis had a great sales pitch, but of course - that's why it wasn't actually switched on - I'd have heard the noise, and she certainly didn't mention it. I'm going to take it back tomorrow - not worth £70!

Try to push the strips into the grooves of your teeth before closing them underneath finally. It’s inbetween in the grooves where it’s more stubborn. Just use tweezers or your nail to get into the crevices. You’re beautiful btw xx.

As an older woman (in my 50's) I didn't find this book as shocking as you (and others) make it seem. There were a couple parts had me disinterested, but overall the end made it worth reading.

Hi Lizzie, I recently enjoyed watching your videos on the NEOM and Lintro waterless diffusers and actually have both (the first was a birthday gift and the other i bought after seeing your reviews) butI may be a bit diffuser obsessed as when i saw you raise your cute pink travel mug i thought it was going to be another waterless diffuser 🤣 A year on do they still work well?

😅😅 so the instructions is to start with Level 18 and do it for 20 days straight after you completed the strips you use the express every month to keep your pearly whites. Also you must dry your teeth with a napkin then apply them Floss,mouthwash, brush wait 30 minutes then apply the whitening strips how I do it :)

I read Penance first too, and loved the hell out of it. It was so immediate and raw, and felt like such a true representation of what girlhood can be like- albeit SUPER DARK. And then I listened to Boy Parts which has Eliza Clark reading it and it was so compelling her voice in my ear Ike totally embodied Irena. I guess my knock on it is…. what was the point that she’s making? I thought it might be that no one takes Irena seriously as like a dangerous exploitative person bc she is a woman? A woman getting desperate at 29 and not where she wanted to be. I’ve seen the “it’s just American Psycho” critique but I think that’s so over-simplified and ignores all the complex stuff this does with gender and the male/female gaze and stuff. It won't make a difference after a single use, you'll really start seeing whiter teeth week 1-2 mostly. And do not talk when applying it, you want as little saliva production as possible. Just smile and breath while mouth is open throughout the whole duration.

I’ve just received it and put it on and can honestly say it makes no noise at all!! It smells amazing mine is lavender jasmine and sandalwood and I really like it, thought the way you said it was going to be annoying but I don’t find it so.
