Please just go to a dermatologist. Influencers and commenters cannot cater to your specific skin care needs. A doctor can. As someone with cystic acne I’ve spent thousands on trying to help relieve some of the pain from that. The only thing that works for chronic cystic acne is accutane. Anything else MIGHT work, but you would need to seek the advice of a professional. Not social media.
